Dispute Guide
By starting an escrow you agree that all dispute decisions will be final. We encourage buyers and sellers to resolve disputes between themselves. In case where it is not possible we are ready to be impartial third part. We treat all disputes with the client privacy high on our list of priorities and we do not ask our customers to reveal personal information, if the situation absolutely does not guarantee this, or if we suspect fraud.
The main factors that determine our dispute decisions:
– evidence that the item(s) have been shipped (ex: tracking number)
– availability of the postal insurance
– evidence that item(s) has/have any damage (ex: photo)
– seller’ willingness to take the item(s) back
– verification of buyer and seller’s details
– willingness of buyer and seller to cooperate with our requests for information
Where it is impossible to receive enough information and evidence from both parties to resolve a dispute we will donate the escrow funds to Wikileaks or other popular organizations which accepts Bitcoin donations. For transparency we will publish donation details.
Dispute resolution fees are covered by the escrow fee and are deducted from the final payout.
In the event of an escrow being cancelled the full escrow fee is deducted from the final payout. This includes both buyer’s and seller’s cut of fees
